Recommended arrival and departure

• Arrival by 4 pm on Sunday, November 2
• Departure after 2 pm on Tuesday, November 4
• If you are forced to arrive early or depart later due to flight restrictions, ReSound will arrange and cover the cost of additional hotel and transportation

Included in the program:

• Round trip economy class flights. Please note that luggage fees are not included in your travel coverage and will be the responsibility of each attendee. We recommend checking your airline’s baggage policy in advance and planning accordingly.
• Ground transportation between San Diego International Airport and Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina on Sunday, November 2 and Tuesday, November 4
  • If you are extending your stay for personal reasons, you are responsible for ground transportation on dates outside of November 2 and November 4
• Accommodations at Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina on the nights of Sunday, November 2 and Monday, November 3.
  • If you are interested in extending your stay at the Marriott Marquis San Deigo either before or after Engage, please email Brian Martin at brian@firstwaveevents.com. Please note hotel rooms will be limited to availability

Cancellation Policy: We strive to provide the best possible conference experience to our members. When cancellations are made without sufficient notice, it can lead to lost opportunities for both our members and ReSound. To ensure that we can accommodate as many members as possible, we have established the following cancellation policy.

• Refund schedule
  • If you cancel prior to September 5: Full refund, less cost of airlines tickets that have been booked. As airline tickets are non-transferable, you will be given these tickets for future personal travel.
  • If you cancel between September 5 and October 3: 50% of fee is refunded, less cost of airlines tickets that have been booked. As airline tickets are non-transferable, you will be given these tickets for future personal travel.
  • If you cancel on or after October 3: No refund is given
• Cancellation must be received in an email to Tamra Leif, tleif@gnresound.com or Brian Martin, brian@firstwaveevents.com
• Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly. If you need to cancel on short notice due to an emergency, we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
